Generally, over a few months, we will list 12-15 properties. We have been co-listing Expireds (and FSBOs) since 2016.

NO COLD-CALLING
Normally, agents prospect on their own; however, this process is unique and successful in that it requires two agents working together. There is no cold-calling, and no mailing letters.

NO CHANGES
You can remain on your present team. If you are a SOLO agent, you can remain in that position. You don’t need to make any changes. However, I do need you to complete the questionnaire. Doing this process – I closed over 250 properties in 2024.

Connect² charges no fee to participate.

Agents will need to supply their own Expired and or FSBO lead sources in their exclusive territory. MyPlusLeads or Redx  are approx. $70 per month. They will send you the leads each day. We work with you to convert those leads.
